Hi All,

Here are my notes from the meeting today. I hope they are accurate - please feel free to correct them or add to them! 

• New Development concerns - rumors about developers looking for 5-8 story building permission, which is concerning. Potentially including block on the other side of 26th and also the other side of the alley. Takeaway- all should be looking into ways of giving input. All efforts welcome.
• Charles & Amber are hopeful to sell with closing June 11th. Seems like it will be a primary resident.
• Lawn -
• Sprinklers - When Jen Carr turned them on, the lawn flooded. She will try again tomorrow and will look for someone to fix them. Doug will give Jen C the name of the guy who fixed the sprinklers before. 
• Grass - Charles recommends Misael 720-933-0177 who works on their new place. Reasonable price, also did patio and re-sodding work. Jen C will call him tomorrow. Next step, we will look to get an estimate on re-sodding, which seems needed and would make sprinkler fixes easier. 
• Interiors - Jen C is remodeling, will not impact us. Charles & Doug will look for dry wall and hardwood floor worker recommendations from the past
• Google group email question Doug raised. Richard will look for an alternative. Jen C will have her son archive our old emails so that they are less vulnerable. 

We agreed to meet monthly going forward. 

Great talking to everyone- maybe the next one could be in person?!

Regarding the rezoning we discussed over the phone call, I have included a link to the city's rezoning website.  They will post pending rezoning applications where you can make comments on any pending ones.  Right now, the properties on Larmier aren't pending yet.  I will keep watching this page for any updates.

I believe Edens is still under contract and has not closed yet on the VOA/Joe's liquor block.  I haven't seen it in the news yet which normally announces these type sales when finalized.  

I will ask around and see if anyone in my network has heard anything about what they plan to do.
