hot tub on the roof?

Hi everybody,

Have any of you looked into putting a hot tub on the roof deck, by any chance? I seem to remember that the front of the decks can support a hot tub, but can't find any documentation. And I could use a very warm rooftop bath...

Hi Charles,

I heard the same thing, but don’t have any documentation either. I’ll see if the guys who just did my roof mentioned anything in documents (permits, etc.).

That’s my memory as well. Front portion is reinforced to hold the weight.

As we were told by Tony the former owner the spot towards street by dog house has structure for tub.   Don’t know if that is true.   We are repairing drywall so if we can take a peek in the roof structure we will. 

I wanted to talk about lawn and updates on big sale of the block and intentions to go for zoning change to go to five stories.    We no likey that!
