Monster-UI package update fails

Attempted to update Monster-UI from 4.0-15 to 4.0-16 and it fails with dependency issues. But the dependency (4.0-15) is already installed.

Any idea on what the issue may be?

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

Sounds like the build job had an error.

I've been told checks are being added to our build pipeline to prevent
this.

You should be able to 'yum clean all' then try the update again.
