Monster-UI - account billing/payment info

We have setup a Kazoo 4 test box and enabled braintree using our sandbox, but there doesn't seem to be anything in monster-ui that allows entering payment/CC info to the braintree account as there was in kazoo-ui. Have we missed something or has this functionality changed? In kazoo-ui the payment options didn't display until cb_braintree was enabled if I remember correctly, but nothing new has appeared in monster-ui.
