Hi,

I have a Lab Demo unit setup Kazoo Single server ISO installation

Network is flat 192.168.1.0 /24, no NAT , Phones are on same network as Kazoo 192.168.1.222

Can make calls from phone to phone, phone to voicemail, phone to conference bridge, softphone to phone, etc

all calls drop after thirty seconds.

wireshark/FS sip message shows:

Reason: SIP;cause=408;text="ACK Timeout"

Phone is a Yealink T22P firmware .70, using bria softphone

Any pointers on where to troubleshoot this would be great

thanks

Well, figured out the issue was related to Freeswitch and Kamailio having 127.0.0.1 instead of the IPV4 network interface address

I changed all of the 127.0.0.1 to  the local network interface address here  (sip

/etc/kazoo/freeswitch/sip_profiles/sipinterface_1.xml

and

/etc/kazoo/kamailio/dbtext/dispatcher

Calls stay up , no more 408 ack timeouts

Hi ...

i am curious .. how you configured all the things needed to configure two phones to make a phone call ... ?

i mean i configured the admin user and then a reseller ... now what next ? i cannot understand which are the next steps
i would like just to configure a couple of sip phones and make some calls ... but i find this process on kazoo unexplicable ..

would be very useful to get your support ...

thanks

Sorry for the late question on this older thread. Aren't the phones supposed to be registering with Kamailio instead of FS? Just curious! --Matt
