Hi all:

I'm experincing a "strange" error that I've never found before, and can only find a few obscure references on google.

I'm using csipsimple on Android to connect to my kazoo server.  I've set up a device (no user affiliation), and added it to a call flow.  I've set up the standard options on a new account config.  It registeres successfully, and I am able to receive calls.

Whenever I try and place ANY call (another extension on the system or a public phone number), I get error 403 No Pre-loaded routes.

Google points only to an obscure open sip server and some code from Kazoo (interestingly enough:

All my other phones are working.  How do I fix this?

Thanks!

Your phone is sending route headers which we don't allow for security reasons.

Remove them or try removing the proxy and use DNS for registrations.

Hmm..it is working now that I removed the proxy...but I thought I started without a proxy...Go figure.

Important is that its working.  I'll test for reproducability with my wife's phone later :)

I had a good hour fiddling with csipsimple to get it to work. This is what I have discovered works every time.

Add account

choose expert template

account name username
account id username <sip:username@realm>
registration uri sip:realm:7000

realm realm
username username
data (password) password

Hope that saves someone else a long time fiddling
