Give list of numbers to the children account.

Hi All!
Now I can add numbers for Kazoo sub-accounts (master's children accounts  and their childrens) by using Number Manager with superduper user.

But I would like to give list of numbers to the children of the master account, so they can give the numbers to their children independently (only from the list of numbers that I gave).

Of course also would like to control the Caller ID as for incoming calls (ie the child account can come calls only to numbers belonging to it) and outgoing calls (ie the child account can only make calls from phone numbers belonging to it).

Please tell me how can I configure this scenario?
