Hi,

When configuring BLF on yealink phones it only allows you to enter a value for the device username, but doesnt allow you to enter a number as well. This results in the BLF working but when you press the DSS button to initiate a call to the device configured in the BLF, kazoo rejects the call because it doesnt match a call flow.

Is there a way to configure kazoo to allow calls directly to device usernames? Or am i missing something in how BLF should be configured on the phones?

Thanks
Matt

Just change the SIP username on the device to match the extension number.

You could try making a callflow with number = sip username as well. If
the UI won't let you, you can submit it via cURL or maybe even the
developer toolbar.

  Since updating to 3.16-25 we still have a few bugs to work out. After a few rings some phones will stay lit red but here's how we have the memory keys configured. We use the extension (in bold) to define which user/phone is being called. We in turn have a unique callflow through the Kazoo UI for this extension. Hope this Helps

  Yealink T-22P BLF (Autoprovisioning) Config

#Configure Memory Key1
memorykey.1.line = 0
memorykey.1.value = 1234
memorykey.1.pickup_value = 1234
memorykey.1.type = 16 [This defines that this key is to be used for BLF]
memorykey.1.xml_phonebook =

Thanks for the suggestions.

I will try adding the username in the callflow.
