I have previously installed Freeswitch version (FreeSWITCH Version
1.0.head (git-eeeaf41 2012-02-10 17-27-50 -0600)) succesfully and I
was able to get my soft clients as well as my IP Phones to register
without any issues. \

Then I installed the BlueBox GUI (2600hz project) and since then, I am
NOT able to have the same IP phones register. These are the error
messages I get:

I am not sure what to do to get the phones to register again. Is it
something that BlueBox GUI has changed in the configuration? Have you
come across this issue before?

Please help.

Many thanks, Eddy.

HINT ^
Blue.box is a multitenant GUI and created the realm '192.168.1.108'
remove your manual configs and recreate them with blue.box

Michael is correct.

The default FreeSWITCH configs ship ignoring the DNS entry because it is
designed for easy plug & play as a PBX.

OUR product (blue.box) ships paying attention to DNS, which is used to
figure out which customer you are registering.

That is why the "same setup" doesn't work out of the box.

If you are only running a single client/PBX let me know and I'll teach you
how to make it work "like FreeSWITCH does by default".

Hi Michel,
In the Connectivity / SIP Interfaces section, edit ALL the sip
interfaces. There is a drop-down for the domain name which currently is
probably reading "Multi_Tenant (Auto)" or something like that. Change that
to a specific domain name (Master) and you should be all set.
