Zendesk Integration

Hi,

I believe 2600hz uses Zendesk for ticketing - correct me if I made that up...

Do you guys have any internal integration or plan to provide something like a help button within Kazoo for a client to click?

Yes! We announced at KazooCon a big overhaul on how to submit tickets – and this will be part of it.

Actually we may be replacing Zendesk
