Able to register devices. Calls get 480 "All servers busy", based on the following:
QUESTION:
Where is the maddr set?

The likely causes for this are:
1) Another application is already listening on the specified address.
2) The IP the profile is attempting to bind to is not local to this system.
netstat -nap | grep 11000
returns nothing.

All ips above are actually the same. I attempted to sanitize the ip and hostname, domain however missed some.

SOLVED by Mr. Sir mc_ on irc.
Somehow I borked this more than once using the simple-installer:
<param name="sip-ip" value="ip"/>
instead of the correct
<param name="sip-ip" value="$${local_ip_v4}"/>Reply all
