Kazoo 4 billing/credit card

We have setup a Kazoo 4 test box and enabled braintree using our sandbox, but there doesn't seem to be anything in monster-ui that allows entering payment/CC info to the braintree account as there was in kazoo-ui.  Have we missed something or has this functionality changed and more is required to enable this than before?  

In kazoo-ui the payment options didn't display until cb_braintree was enabled if I remember correctly, but nothing new has appeared in monster-ui after enabling cb_braintree.

"Credit Card" is checked under restrictions for the account in the billing column, but this doesn't seem to change anything regardless of whether it is checked.

Could really use some info on this. Help is greatly appreciated.

When you click the logged in user’s name on the top right, a “control center” appears. ON the top right hand side the billing info screen appears where you can edit your credit card.

Did you enable the braintree flag in Monster UI config file.
