Will there be any paid support options for bluebox/freeswitch as there
was with freepbx? Or will the curren freepbx paid support options be
valid with bluebox?

We currently use freepbx/asterisk in production, but being new to
freeswitch I'd like to ensure there is a number I can call if we hit a
wall.

I'm sure as bluebox matures consultants will begin to support that as well. Freeswitch as a project offers consulting as well as members of the community that also doing consulting depending on your needs.

I'm sure others will chime in as well.

Yes we do have paid support options for clients that require it. If you would like to set up a 5 minute conference call I can narrow down exactly what you are looking for support with (monitoring?
