To be totally random here -
An interesting coincidence in 2019 (about a week before covid was in all the headlines) a Professor David Sinclair after about 25+ years of research into aging, concluded an experiment he had been working on with mice that effectively proved that age could be slowed, cured or even reversed - and announced the fact. Thanks to covid this never made any headline.
We don't need to grow older any more gents(and lasses)
I've summarised all I know about the actual mechanics of it below.
He (Prof Sinclair) had also been using some of the less invasive
treatments on himself and his researchers families for over a year
too by that point since it was pretty harmless.
Using the treatment on some of the older wives of his lab staff - they discovered another interesting side effect that nobody had expected given the usual thinking on the topic - it also reversed menopause. This came as quite a surprise to most as everyone had been taking it for granted a women doesn't create new eggs. Apparently this was incorrect. It was simply an assumption that nobody had bothered to double check in modern times. Science is important, as is questioning it!
Using the treatment on himself he found that it took roughly 6
months of treatment to repair cell damage and revert his cellular
age from about 52 to 32. This figure is very interesting, as one
of the primary causes of aging he identified, as far back as 2016
maybe more was that the mechanism in cells, which he called
sirtuins which protects them from damage (ie aging is that
damage) is redirected if the body detects fragments of mDNA and
reacts. The sirtuins then attempt to collect and
repair/reintegrate/deal with broken mDNA fragments. While it
performs this function their normal cellular repair/protection
mechanism stops working. In effect if you have too many mDNA
fragments in your body, you age faster. Progeria.
As for the treatment itself it involves a few steps.
To simply slow down aging you need to:
To also stop and even reverse aging you need to:
Other issues in play -
The concern is in a world where nobody grows old population may
be a problem. However it has been pointed out that people would
still die from accidents, conflict and disease. In most cases
deaths associated with old age are actually underlying medical
conditions anyway. Up to recently coroners were just lazy in
reporting the actual cause. In practice the main impact this
treatment would have is that those of old age would have quality
of life not just long life. A 90 year old would have the health
potentially of a 30 year old - although complications may still
eventually lead to the conclusion of their life, they would be
less likely to die alone and in pain.
In essence, the main side effect of mDNA fragment based vaccinations is highly likely to involve significantly accelerated aging type cellular damge in humans.
NASA has been experimenting with NAD+ treatments for astronauts
to reverse damage from cosmic radiation. Also in space Telomere
naturally expands. They are not entirely sure why. Refer the
NASA twin experiment. But it seems a human space civilisation
would naturally have expanded life spans anyway. Interesting.
Many conditions related to eyesight, cancer and organ failure are
actually just the physical manifestations of cell senescence, this
treatment even at a small scale (gene therapy is hard!) could be
used to give some people back their eyesight, hearing or mobility
- and prevent some people getting many forms of cancer to begin
with - or eliminate some forms of cancer they already have.
Experiments in this direction has already bourne fruit.
Many medical conditions that attract high funding (heart disease, lung problems, retarded organ function) would be eliminated entirely if the patient had started this treatment from an early age. Researchers tend to have tunnel vision and they may try to resist the loss of their funding.
On top of that pharma companies who rely on profit from the
misery of endless treatment of symptoms would resist this for all
but their own board of directors viciously too. (which might
explain the convenient "mDNA" side effect of the vaccines)
Extended life will not necessarily extend the life of your brain, so active minds would be of high importance too.
Tin foil cap time
Putting our tin foil caps on for a moment- What makes this so
very interesting is several coincidences -
Ok enough with the tin foil hat shit.
Makes you go Hmmm tho yes?

The key take away point here is that the right types of stresses
on your body flip genetic switches that extend your life span.
