If you changed your hardware or something else caused your
windows to become un-activated, then when you try to enter
in a new key it throws "try again later" or similar type
error, with the code 0c8007010b this indicates it cannot
access your configured tmp or temp folder. It may be out
of disk space or has been disconnected.
Fix:
Go into advanced system settings (same screen where you
have a button for configuring virtual memory) which can
usually be accessed as a link from the "system" screen on
most versions of windows.
Press environment variables, and in user and system
variables, make sure both "tmp" and "temp" folders (there
will be two of each 4 in total) point to a location that
exists and has free disk space.
Then reboot and try to enter you new key in again.
