2600 Discord

Hey for some reason the 2600 Discord just kicked me out.
I think its cause im not on the Facebook page but it might just be cause my name on the google group was diff to my google groups one.

Could someone take me off the ban list and/or ad me to the new server?
I'm part of the 2600 Sydney group, if you need to ask around.

Going by the fact that particular server looks rather
strange in my discord at the moment and all my other
subscribed servers are working fine;
I think you will find everybody has been dropped from that
particular discord.

It's either been owned, or someone thinks they are being funny.
Best guess is someone revoked list, read and write access or
whatever the discord equivalent is on all the channels there
to everyone but themself.

If its been owned I would suggests the whitehats in that
discord admin list have a little word with the discords
developers. Firmly. Then lose all the electronic dogs of war
at our disposal at the perpetrator.

If in the unlikely event it is somehow related to membership
in some arbitrary social media group that requires your
personal or impersonal details to join then I suggest
whomever is presently running the discord is much too young
and out of touch with the ideals key to 2600, and reality in
general with regard to anonymity- in which case good
riddance. Should that be the case someone more in touch with
the idea of privacy should start up another one instead.

But realy I just think something odd has happened to it.
Either an admin set the wrong option, or another admin
disabled it until the next 2600 meet, or some wanker with no
idea about what 2600 is actually all about got the server
shut down for some delusional imagined violation of the
discord TOS.

Eitherway it's not anything personal it seems.
