We are back! We hope you enjoyed a couple of days off while we moved the indexing computer servers to a new location. The indexing program is available again, but you may encounter challenges occasionally as you open the program, or download and submit batches, at least until the system stabilizes.
If you run into any issues, you only need to close the program and open it again using your desktop icon. If it does not work right away or you receive a "Launcher failed" message, wait a few minutes and try to open the program again. You do not need to uninstall and reinstall the program.
We are sorry for the challenges you may encounter, but they are a result of the wonderful increase in indexing work being done recently. This is a challenge we are happy to encounter. We are excited that so many people want to join us in this indexing initiative.
By moving the servers to the new location, we hope to accommodate a heavier workload and keep up with all of the great work that is happening on a weekly basis.
There may be occasional downtime over the next few weeks as we monitor the system and tune it for optimal performance. We appreciate your continued patience during this adjustment period.
