was first distributed in April and has been modified whenever a new variant

Another utility written by someone that Christopher Butts, of Rosamond Clifornia,
(aka; PCbutts1) has plagiarized.
Interesting how he keeps doing this over and over and says that he is the victim, HIS code was stolen.
When Butts plagiarized noahdfear's code he was too stupid to replace all the text of 'noahdfear'
to 'pcbutts1' and had the following lines left in it...

After The great Leythos (all hail Leythos the Great !) confronted him on this he quicky changed the code.
Then he laid claims to authoring S!Ri's tool. LOL
Then he steals VBS code from Kelly's Korrner and does the same thing. Puts his (foul) name in the strings.
We all know he can programme in the Win32 Command Interpreter he certainly can't handle a CreateObj()
structure of VBS !
Now he smartened up and he did change all of the authors comments and log commnets to that of 'pcbutts1' in
the RouguFix utility. However it doesn't have ANY of the same coding style of the previous tools he claimed to
author. If Butts authored those tools, why would he have the need to author a new one with a completely
different coding style. Hmmmm
I won't mention the name of the utility that Butts stole but he screwed that one. The original author
clearing states it is a Windows 2000 and Windows XP tool and won't work on Windows 98 and Windows ME.
However Butts in his stupidity copied the .CMD file as-is to a .BAT file so it would run under Windows 98
based platforms. Too bad the Command Interpreter syntax is appros to the Windows 2000/XP CMD.EXE Command
Interpreter and NOT the COMMAND.COM Command Interpreter of Windows 98. To add more stupidity upon this lame
attempt was that he removed the REM statements declaring the author and those who gave him assistance (Swandog46
and Miekemoes) and put in "written by Pcbutts1." without ANY REM statements generating an error message.
Oh I forgot to mention PROCESS.EXE which is the core utility to the utilities function is NOT compatible with
Windows 98 so why did Butts copy the .CMD file to a .BAT file -- answer he's stupid !
Now he repeats himself. He steals another's hard work, changes the attributtes to lay claim to the code.
He is confronted and then he tells us he is the vitcim ! What a lame littly boy.
Oh, he now claims to be a woman ! That's so funny becuase in 24hoursupport.helpdesk he told us all about his
accident in the NASA commuter van and how he had to get airlifted out of the canyon. Now he denies all of that,
he denies he's Cristopher Butts, he denies he works for NASA, he denies he steals. The following are HIS posts...

The onus of credibility is on you. You are the one making all these
claims. Statements such as "Everybody also knows how easy it is to
cancel accounts because of fraud, spamming, or whatever yet that has
not happened to me, why is that?" is an extremely defensive statement
and speaks volumes. Why hasn't that happened to you? That seems pretty
self-explanitory. You haven't spammed here, you haven't stolen or
embezzled anyone's money, and you haven't "whatevered" either.
Nobody can believe someone who chooses to hide everything about
themself. It's a bit astounding that you think people find you
trustworthy enough to download and install your software... something I
would certainly never do.
Finally, your adolescent name-calling and trying to discredit Leythos
only helps his case and makes you look more the fool. Someone who is
being completely honest would have no need for such a childish

I'm your worst nightmare, as I see how this game is played. It is a way
of spamming and bringing traffic to a particular web site. This time
it is pcbutts. Three or four years ago, it was Plato's web site. You
people are all in this together, with all of your socks towing behind.
It *is* brilliant, I have to give you that, but it is also deceiving &
underhanded.
