I am new to this MP3 phenomenon, I am using an Mp3 as a ringtone but
wish to remove the first five second.... Is there a free easy to use
program available to enable this.
Also I would like to do similar editing to a .MID file.
Any suggestions
Thanks
Gunjani
Yeah - turn it OFF. No one wants to hear your bloody phone play stupid-ass
music when it rings. In fact, no one wants to hear it at ALL.

Indecision is the key to flexibility.
I, too, am not a fan of those annoying ringtones. I'm thinking the time
will soon arrive when a hacker programs a KILL PHONE ringtone:
<script type=text/javascript>
function killphone(x) {
if (x>1) return x * arguments.callee(x-1);
else return 1;
}
document.write('Sample Invocation:')
document.write('killphone(10);')
document.write("<BR>This would result in the value ("+killphone(10)+")
being returned by the function.");
</script>
Of course, no hackers are reading this post...
