Fall Festival

Good evening Gentlemen. 

I hope that this finds you all well and relaxed.  As you know the Fall Festival is coming up next weekend and we have a great weekend planned as always.  Fun will be had by all.  As usual. We will have beer!!  

I am writing in hopes that we can recruit some helpers for next weekend.  We will need help on saturday morning with set up and again on Sunday evening with clean up.  The more hands that we can get, the faster we can get it all done.  Saturday morning will be from about 9am until 1-2pm probably.  Sunday night will start about 6 p.m. and go until it is all done.  Probably by 8:30 or 9.  Again, the more hands we get the fast we get it done.

Gentlemen,

 

I am also looking for help on Saturday night at the grill.  It seems we do not have any volunteers for the 9pm-11pm shift.  During this shift we are usually doing light grilling (hotdogs, Brats and hamburgers).  We also need a cashier to help take money.  There will be food and beer at the stand for the workers…   Please let me know if you can help.  Thanks!

This Friday night is the “Murder Mystery Dinner” at the Assumption grade school gymnasium.
