With most businesses operating remotely,
we will be making some operational/maintenance adjustments to adapt:
Over the next few days,
we will be accessing each unit to turn off thermostats, make sure
lights are off, and empty trash cans with noticeable food waste in
order to lower electricity usage for tenants and keep the units pest
free.
The heating/cooling of common
spaces will also be temporarily turned down while temperatures are
mild and until the City/State restrictions on businesses are
lifted.
The shared kitchen and
meeting rooms are closed until the State/City business restrictions
are lifted.
Critical building
maintenance and systems will continue while non-critical items will
be postponed or be completed remotely.
The City is still
allowing mail delivery and trash removal to operate at this
time. For those who are working remotely, please have packages
and mail delivered to your house rather than to the building until
the City/State business restrictions are lifted.
Please keep us informed
of possible exposures in the area/building should they arise.
