Reminder: Masks or Face Coverings Are Required!

It has been a few months since the mask policy has gone into effect at 2424 Studios, and we think it is time for a refresher.  For the most part, tenants and visitors have been diligent about always wearing a face covering in the building's common spaces.  We in in this community are thankful to those who have been careful and considerate.  However, it has been reported on a few occasions that either a visitor to the building or an individual walking to and from their unit, has forgotten a mask or face covering.  In order to keep all in our community safe and comfortable please take note of the following:

• Remember that masks are required in all common spaces including the hallways, bathrooms, meeting rooms, kitchen, and anywhere outside of leased space.  
• Please advise your visitors prior to their arrival that they will be required to wear a mask in the building.  
• For those who may have forgotten to bring a mask, disposable masks are available in the lobby entrance and in the kitchen vending machine.  Larger quantities are also available (packs of 10 or more).  Contact han...@2424studios.com if you need a mask or are interested in purchasing a pack of 10 or more.
