Hello Everyone, I know I am thrilled that a new season is back. I
keep hearing people say that the format is getting tired and that this
should be the last season. I don’t know how many more of seasons they
can do but I am sure I will follow the show till the end. What city
could be next year? I still think a whole season overseas would be
great, but I am thrilled to see New York take a starring role.

Other Notes:
- Weird starting point of 4PM.
- Hey it’s the Bubba Gump Shrimp guy! (Sorry Mykleti, I know you hate
that.)
- I would say “Hey its Starbuck, but I think Katee Sackhoff can beat
the crap out of me.
- I loved that “Who is Jack Bauer?” and then the knowing looks between
some of the agents.
- The Man Bag is back and this time it is leather!
- OUCH nothing hurts like an axe to the chest!
- Indian actors playing Middle Easter… not good. Perhaps 24 casting
has already used every available Middle Eastern actor with a SAG card?
- Interrogating Ms. Reid in the middle of the hallway
- Chloe’s little ‘please help me I never let you down Jack’ speech
moved me. She should have screamed “I got you the *&^%$ Wet List for
crying out loud!”
- When Jack was driving out of the CTU tunnel it was like the Dark
Knight leaving the Batcave.
- Big lesson (at last in 24 World) never listen to a hostage taker who
says ‘I really don’t want to hurt you.’
- How many of those leg shots have there been in all 8 seasons?
- Hey it’s SARK! (for you Alias fans)
- The moment I saw that wife, I knew she was dead. I am glad it was
done off camera.
- WHAT NOT TO DO – Giving an obvious psycho the key to your
apartment. I think it must make a smart actress nuts when she needs
to play her character clearly doing a DUMB thing.
- The old breaking the flimsy wooden chair you are tied to trick.
Loved seeing that one again.
- Former Agent Walker have much more than a bad hair day.
- YOWSA!!!! That I did not see coming at all! Walker is clearly gone
to the dark side now! This is going to be interesting as Jack tries
to rein her in.
- Freddie Prinze growing on me.
Well this was another amazing opening. There was a great resolution
to the first subplot, but of course we know things can only get
deeper. This is also where the writing get tested. Things sometimes
get a little weak after the first conflict is resolved.
