New 2009 dates

Hi Ian,
 
I like the new race date.  The weather should cool off a little by the
middle of September, making the day 1 legs easier to manage.
The new start time....
If I was on a 24 hour team, a 10:00 am start time would be nice for
several reasons. First, it would allow us to actually get some rest
the night before the race.  Second, it would allow us more time on Day
#2 to complete missing legs in the triathlon.
However, if I was on an 8 hour team, I would prefer the earlier start
time.  Sometimes we get those afternoon thunderstorms rolling in
(although in Sept that may not be as much of an issue), which means we
would have to bag our swim legs early and fast.
