First of all, thanks Simba for the follow up.

To the point - It would nice to have you all be a part of the party as this is the start of 24/7 and will set the tone for the rest of the campaign. So any NGOs interested in being featured on the party poster, please send your logos to Simba or to nisre...@gmail.com as soon as possible as the poster needs to go be finalized by tomorrow morning and go to print.

Comments on the poster are welcome.

Dear All,

Please find the CLDH logo for the poster and press release!

Also, I am attaching the general to do list for the events (thanks for adding your comments and modifications if need be and putting your name next to a task that you would like to do). The second excel tab of the document has the volunteer task list to be completed by all of you as it is very basic. I propose that you write back individually with additional tasks or/and changes and I will centralize the list from here and send a revised version before our next meeting on Thursday at 11AM.
