Dear All,

Please find attached the volunteer list (and below as well in case you cannot open the file). Thank you for sending me your modifications and other tasks before Monday noon. I will send a revised list to everyone early Monday afternoon.

Also, since there no other takers, I will chair the meeting with the volunteers on Monday at 7PM. The only thing is I cannot speak Arabic so if you think this will be a problem for the meeting, then someone else will need to take this on, otherwise I am happy to do it:) Can someone from IndieAct please forward me the directions to your office? Also, I am leaving for Jordan in two hours so would greatly appreciate it if you can advertise to your mailing lists. If you do not think it is sufficient, please contact someone from our office at 01 24 00 23.

we had the confirmation about the date of the event that we proposed to add in the list of activity for the 1st May campaign. So I added to the press release. 

I didn't want to put too much information, so I just put the necessaries, but if need to specify better the event let me know.

The programme of the 29th april event includes the official launch of the website and Multimedia library "Human Rights in Lebanon" and the screening of 4 short documentaries + discussion on refugees and migrants rights.

Thank you for your logos. I didn't get logos directly from CLDH, Nasawiya, PPM and CRTDA, but I went ahead and included them in the logos. If you have any concerns, please let me know. i still need to put them inside the press release, but i think it'll need a bit more maneuvering, and Simba, I wanted to give you the logos on document for the fliers and posters. The contents are changeable even after the design, so I hope we can all sit together tomorrow and approve the poster and fliers on the spot. See you tomorrow at 11am!

Dear Farah,

Thank you very much for taking the volunteer meeting on on Monday. To avoid confusion, please do not put my number if you are advertising this meeting to your lists but Farah's number below:) The volunteer coordinator should definitely speak fluent Arabic in case he/she receives calls relating to the volunteer activities so let us know if anyone of you bilingual folks is willing to take on this role.
