Why do you have a google group, if nobody respond ?

I've wrote to 23andMe support and the redirect me here... but if there is no answer for weeks, why redirecting us here ?

I wrote to 23andMe twitter too... no answer either...

For taking money to sequence people, there is a lot of people... but for technical problems, nobody.

I'm gona write to the support again...
