API Authorization Says 'Site Error'

Hi, I am trying to authorize using the API endpoint: https://api.23andme.com/authorize/ with all the parameters mentioned in the API but it just shows me the page attached.

Is it something wrong with the API or on my end? Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

I can't even get 

https://api.23andme.com/authorize/?redirect_uri=https://episphere.github.io/23andme/&client_id=09568fd79aa7911dad7727a024936f8d&scope=basic%20rs123

to work ... I get

"client_id is invalid"

although I'm copying both client_id and redirect_uri from my 23andme dev dashboard
