Too Many Emails and Other Problems

If anyone is having a hard time editing their own membership settings
or are having other weird technical problems, like receiving real-time
emails even though they've signed up for a Digest, do not suffer in

Probably not so cool to reply to this thread, seeing as how the
problem is some people getting way more emails than they bargained
for.
