I am looking to share my 400sq ft studio.
It has 17 foot ceilings and beautiful light.
Location is Brooklyn Navy Yard (Cumberland and Flushing)
I use the space for study mostly now and so about 250 sq ft workspace
is available plus some external storage.
I am looking for someone who does moderate scale, relatively clean work.
