I have an artist's workspace available in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
Beautiful light and view, 17ft ceilings, 360 sq.ft. workspace
$625 includes all utilities and additional storage space adjacent to workspace.
Possibility to share as well.
Looking for an artist with a non-toxic (minimal fumes), relatively clean (minimal dust) practice.
Location is best for someone living in the Clinton Hill, Fort Greene or South Williamsburg area
as the Navy Yard is not conveniently accessible by subway.
