I have taken the liberty of starting a discussion for every great idea
that has come in and out of my ears or inbox since the Bed Stuy Meadow
afterparty.

Make yourself at home here! Opine about these existing discussions,
start a discussion or make a page about your own idea!

There are only two rules:

1. It's important to give and take constructive criticism! If we are
going to do great things, then we have to talk openly about how to
make an idea shine! It's important to respectfully disagree, offer up
suggestions and otherwise help people shape ideas here.

2. Being mean and unhelpful, on the other hand, is going to result in
an invitation to leave the group.

Hey just realized that I said that I would post a discussion for every
great idea, and then had second thoughts about it, so this welcome
post says something that's not true.

I don't want to put words in people's mouths or otherwise be a nudge.
If you emailed me with an idea, or even if you didn't, just go start a
discussion about it! It totally can't hurt!

Hi Anita,

Thanks for emailing me directly about this. The email address for the group isn't attached to a person, it mostly exists to create a shared space for everyone.

It's absolutely possible to unsubscribe, and it's also possible to just change your settings so that you don't get all the emails, but you can go visit the group and post if you decide that you want to get involved in a specific project later.

Let me know what you'd prefer, I'm happy to do whatever you want.
