Well, I'm not ruining ur "weekend mood" but please read this email for details.
Nomination Day
On monday we will take turn (based on the allocated empty slot in your time table) to stay at club house from 1030am-3pm for those nominee to submit their form.
- Since there isn't a proper way to conduct this, let's not make it too stringent, they may or may not bring their proposer and seconder to sign in front of the election committee (All of us whoever in charge) but we need to clarify that the students are from CEE based on the list given on monday.
- There will be no rally session after the nomination day
- Close at 3pm, with extended time half an hour for late submission, me or CheeHan will collect all the forms after 3pm.
Election day
Tuesday 1030am-5pm, we will also take turn (at least 2 people) to be in charge of the election. There will be a Neutral Officer sent by SU. The location will be outside CEE Club House using the 2 benches as I won't take any risk to set it outside LT.7 & 8 again. Things to take note:
- 1 bench will be for the committee and Neutral Officer to keep the ballot box and verification of the students
- 1 bench will be used for election with maximum number of 3 students on 1 bench,
- Communication is strictly not allowed.
- The candidates are strictly forbidden to stay near the election booth unless to cast their votes.
- All the members are allowed to cast their votes except myself, PeyWen, Liu Ailing, Ho Kit Fai, Bo Jun ( this needs to be clarify with the Neutral Officer)
After 5pm, the counting will be done inside the club house, all the members except the myself, CheeHan, PeyWen, Liu Ailing, Ho Kit Fai, Bo Jun are not allowed to count/observed during counting of the votes.
@CheeHan: You need to stay with us for your reference next year.
