Here's a detailed plan of the helps we need for CEE Day and Night (Including the preparation works)

Biz Mag:

1-2 Subcomms in charge of contacting and leading the vendors on CEE day.

Publication:

2 Subcomms to take pictures and videos on the audition days for CEE got talent and Mr. and Miss CEE. (Date to be confirmed)

2-4 Subcomms to take pictures and videos on CEE Day and Night.

Publicity:

We need help on designing the backdrops, stage effect and decoration.

Welfare:

We need help on booking and distributing the drinks and snacks on CEE day. (Gong Cha and Donut?)

Sports:

We need help on borrowing the Electronic Game devices.

4-8 Subcomms to help with the game booths and registration booth on the day. (15^th Mar)

Logistics:

2-3 Subcomms to help to settle the facilities during each audition day. (TBC)

2 Subcomms to help with the Prize purchases.

2 Subcomms to help Welfare to purchase the drinks and snacks (14^th and 15^th Mar)

2 Subcomms to help Concert Engineers with the Audio and Video system. (14^th and 15^th Mar)

We may need the whole logistic portfolio to help us settling the tables, rostrum, stages, etc. And help us with the decorations on the rehearsal day and CEE day itself. (13^th, 14^th and 15^th Mar)

we have already assigned subcomm to do the backdrops, and for the stage, what effect do u want?. for the equipments like lights, and other stuffs, you need logistic to source. coz we have nothing here.
