Subject: FW: University of Malaya (UM) exchange programme
Dear all,
To clarify the previous email, the objective of this exchange programme from the University of Malaya (UM) is to give the students a valuable insight to Schools’ graduate studies programmes. There will be a total of 6 undergraduate students, 1 lecturer and 1 staff coming over.
Tentatively, we need your school to arrange for a half-day (morning) School tour to visit the lab and school facilities. This would include a 1-2 hour introductory talk on the School’s profile (to be conducted by a faculty). Below is the proposed sequence for the School tour:
2nd Jul (Mon)
3rd Jul (Tue)
4th Jul (Wed)
5th Jul (Thur)
6th Jul (Fri)
7th Jul (Sat)
8th Jul (Sun)
9th Jul (Mon)
10th Jul (Tue)
11th Jul (Wed)

CoE will require a student or a admin staff to do the co-ordination for the school visit.
Also, we are looking for additional enrichment programmes to enhance the overall visit programme. Kindly check with your engineering student club (or any department in your School) if they could arrange any interactive activities such as games or sports during afternoon.
Please feel free to give suggestion if any. If you are not the person-in-charge, please help us to forward this email to your colleague in-charge and also to copy us, so that we could do our follow-up
Warmest Regards,
Joyce Yap
