Agenda for 212 Deep Dive

Dear TG members!

After deliberations and discussions, Abbas, Shraddha and I believe that when we discuss burning issues there is a lot of insight that is generated, not only for the member presenting the issue but for all participants. We particularly have benefited from this agenda. This is why we have chosen to plan a similar agenda for the deep dive session.

Every member gets 30 minutes to present their burning issue and gain as much value from the group as possible. We all have a lot of burning issues so choose one that you feel is vital for you and this group would be in a position to add value. Also if the burning issue is something that you feel would be something that other entrepreneurs would face, its even better. 

To maximise on the 30 minutes, the following break up might help in planning and your presentation.

10 min:

- What is the context of business challenge 

- What are the causes of challenge 

- What alternatives were considered and tried 

- Consequence of action or non-action?

10 min:

The presenter will move away and the group of 9 members will

discuss the case, as if the presenter was not in the room.

Group needs to focus on:

- What should the member stop doing and why

- What should the member start doing and why

- What should the member continue doing and why

- Any specific points the member needs to pay attention to

10 min

The presenter will join back the group and discuss the following

 - summary of what he heard

 - questions which he would like to explore with the group and specific member

 - key take aways

 - commitment for improvement or further follow up with the group/member.
