Tushar and I had a call with Vishaal today regarding the expulsion
process. He suggested that it will be better if he quits the group due
to his work commitments. He had put across his point related to
future challenges in attending the meetings. He will not be able to
attend meetings in Feb, Mar and April since he has wedding days on
the TG dates. This will cause challenges related to his involvement,
and commitment to TG.

Tushar and I have decided to opt for auto-expulsion for Vishaal with
immediate effect.
