Subject: Absence from 212Degrees Trust group meetings and lack of communication

 

Dear Mahadevan,

The group is extremely concerned by your absence in the last trust group meeting, lack of prior and subsequent communication and has generally sensed a lack of engagement from your end.

This is your 3rd, possibly 4th, absence from the trust group meetings within the last 12 months. Hence, per the as per the constitution agreed and signed by all of us, including you, we are forced to initiate the process of possible expulsion from the group.

The agreed process is as follows:
1. The trust group member in question must attend the next trust group meeting in which s/he will be given the opportunity to explain the circumstances of the 3rd absence of the year. Absence from this meeting will become grounds for automatic expulsion.
2. Subsequent to this, the rest of group will request that they be given a few minutes of private time. The facilitator and co-facilitator will briefly present a chronology of events/case history.
3. This will be followed by a secret ballot and the result of this would be immediately communicated to you and the rest of the group.

WE URGE TO RESPOND VIA EMAIL TO THIS NOTE IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE ABSENCE OF YOUR EMAIL REPLY BY END OF DAY 26TH NOVEMBER 2013, THE GROUP WILL BE FORCED TO EXPEL YOU AUTOMATICALLY.

The rest of group is hopeful that you appreciate the seriousness of matter and would also appreciate that while rest of the group values your contribution, they are forced to initiate this process given that the constitution demands the same.
