As always, it was a pleasure listening to you at Della Adventures during the Ascent event. As discussed,  I run a start up called Zaggle which acts as a one stop shop for corporates for all their Prepaid Gifting needs, solutions typically offered for employee rewards and recognition & Dealer/Distributor incentivization. Zaggle is 3 year old and we currently work with over 250 corporates including companies like Airtel, Ultratech, Vodafone, Edelweiss Tokio, Bayer Cropscience, Infosys, Legrand etc to fulfil their Prepaid gifting requirements.

 

While the business is doing pretty well and growing rapidly, I have some serious issues on the board level that have persisted for some time now. I would be extremely grateful if I could get some time from you to meet and get advice / mentoring on how I should go about managing these issues.

Wow, I read the first slid and I was blown! Seems to be a serious stuff.
The presentation is more directed to a larger board but I guess, for
all of us there is quite some take-aways to understand our business
functioning better.

You surely going to gain a lot, Avinash. Will you be having a structured
discussion or are you aiming at open ended chat with Harshbhai? Just
curious. Would of course, like to know how it goes.

Not sure how to take the discussion. I was thinking that I would spend about 3-5 min explaining the business, board structure and issues and then keep it a free flowing discussion from there.

Thanks for sharing all this. I am sure We all will gain from this. 
I feel Your approach for meeting is perfect, only thing I would suggest is try to visualise  questions from Harsh and keep answers ready.
