I'm excited and nervous to be starting my cleanse this Friday. I have
a question for those of you who have been on it for a while, I work in
an operating room where I can't leave when I want to to visit the
bathroom- I may have to wait 4 hours! My first day of work will be on
Monday- do you think after doing the detox for 3 days I will be OK?
Have never done anything like this before so i was wondering...
