Hi Aileen: You should have 1/2 a protein shake. That will help with
the dizziness and feeling weak. Also, have some of the free soup
(broth). It is full of vitamins and minerals and does take the edge
off. Very important you are having your drinks on the 2 hours marks.
If not that can make you feel very weak and you will have a chance of
slipping. Hang in there the end result is well worth it!
