Hi Helen, I started last week too. I'm on Day 7 and I've lost 10 pounds. Yahh! From 178 down to 167 and going strong. This is my 4th cleanse and the EASIEST of all of them so far. The first 2 times were very difficult. The last one was somewhat uneasy and unfortunately, due to personal life meeting major changes, I gained 25 pounds to my highest weight. It all felt toxic, inflammation, joints hurting, felt fat and heavy and tired and lazy. But this time starting the diet has been a cinch. Never hungry and don't need to load up on the juices or drinks or soups as often. I can't get over it. I really do think time of year has a LOT to do with it. Spring is definitely the best time. So for any of you just sitting on the fence as to whether to do it, NOW would be a good time!
