to 21 pounds in 21 days
I did not get the chance to start on the 5th like I originally planned
but now am officially on day 2. I made the oriental soup for dinner
last night and this morning I did not lose as much as I would normally
lose. I think it has a bit more salt with the ingredients...so I will
be mindful of what I make for soups. That one may just not work for
me. The last detoxes I have done, I have only made one kind of soup
that I really enjoyed and this worked for me. I did try a few
different ones before I found the right combination but once I found
that one, I felt more satisfied than trying to make 10 different
soups. I am looking forward to the holidays and the new year of the
new me. I usually get a boost of energy around day 6 so I am looking
forward to that:) Is anyone else out there on this journey? Wish me
luck!
