Hello WAADErs

This is Andrew, hope you all are doing well!

Our community house in the central district/first hill area is looking for roomates. We have a room available now and are trying to fill it by May 1st at the latest. 6 month lease, with the potential for longer. $800/mo double room with a sink. Looking for one or two people. House has one outdoor cat, large gardens and great roomates who are building a wonderful community.
