Revised Terms-Tried to make it easy and painless!

Hey guys!

Hope you all made it home (or wherever you're going!) safely and enjoying the start of brea. I know we agreed to make revisions virtually over so I added some documents to the drive to make this easier. Hopefully, we can make it painless and avoid interrupting too much of our break. I added the following documents: 

-ManagementNegotiations-Revised Valuation Spreadsheet: I redid all of our computations but for the full 5M investment amount (it basically just corrects the mistake we made last time) so you can just consult this document from now on. 

-ManagementNegotiations-InitialFounderFeedback Document: this document has all the feedback from our meeting at the top; at the bottom, I included a list of all the terms where everyone can put their suggested changes based on the feedback (here we can start to develop our new package offer). All of my thoughts are in red. 

-ManagementNegotiations-RevisedTerms Document: I typed up the term sheet from last time so we have it digitally. Once we've made decisions on what to change, someone can update the document to be sent over to the other team. I hoped this could make it easier for us to get it done. 

When should we have everyone's feedback in? We agreed to get a revised sheet to them by the end of break.Based on everything we've uploaded, it should take everyone maybe 20-30 minutes to review the feedback and input their suggestions. If we can agree on some changes and update the RevisedTerms doc, it should be really quick and easy.

Hey everyone!

Hope you had a nice break if you're already back on campus! We agreed to get new terms to the other team by the end of the weekend. 

Can everyone get down their thoughts on the google docs I sent out by tonight so we can get back to them by tomorrow? We can always get it to them tomorrow. It really shouldn't take too long to read through. Otherwise, we can also email them tomorrow and ask for a couple more days if people can't take a look before tomorrow.

No problem! This project is so annoying and my motivation to be done with this class is really the only thing keeping me going haha

Mike and I jumped on the phone to revise the draft given everyone's comments. We sent the revised document to the founders so that we keep our initial promise to them (hopefully they'll like us more than the other group).

I have to leave at 3, so I'd really prefer we had it at 1 or even earlier -- personally, I don't mind if you can only make it at 1:30, I figure you'll just pick up where we are and maybe stay on past 3 if that's necessary, but I don't think we'll be able to finish it between 1:30 and 3. I don't know about the rest of you guys, though. Alternatively, we could meet Saturday afternoon.
