As per the CAD drawings, it shows that there are seven existing homes on the property. For clarity purposes, when the land is purchased for development, who will own those properties? Is it included in the cost? Or is it something that needs to be bought out from the existing owners outside the initial cost?

At closing, your company will own all parcels as part of an assemblage (in 1 closing) and all of the existing buildings, which are included in the land price provided. Your company is responsible for taking the existing conditions of the assemblage of parcels, and creating a proposed development.
