Can the individual residential property lines extend to the bank of the river, including the undisturbed natural vegetative buffer area, provided that: No structures, grading, or improvements are constructed within the buffer.

No buffer areas are allowed within the
proposed property boundaries. So, property lines need to end at the 75’
buffer and/or the flood plain line.
