Existing Road Entrance Connections

Are we limited to putting entrances solely connecting to Oleander Drive SW, or can other existing road extensions be used as equipment or normal entrances?

Rolling River Drive SW does not connect to these parcels/project site and is part of a separate existing neighborhood. The entrance(s) must be located off of Oleander Drive for vehicle and construction traffic.
