Could you clarify the expectations regarding utility connections for the site? Should teams assume access to standard municipal infrastructure, or will alternative solutions need to be considered?

The provided ALTA file(s) shows the existing water main location, teams can assume a water tie-in along that main. For the sewer tie-in, teams should assume a sewer tie-in at the 40’ sanitary sewer easement to the east of the site along the Yellow River.

Is the sewer tie-in you mentioned located anywhere on the ALTA survey? If not, can we get any clarity on where that tie-in is located?

A 40’ sanitary sewer easement is located to the southeast of the site. You can assume a connection near that general area.
