Would it be possible to request a higher resolution image of the map on the last page of the tree survey? We would like to design around some of the specimens, but the map is difficult to read in the places where there are many trees labeled in a small area.

Taylor Morrison is reviewing this request and should provide an answer within the next few days.

We have uploaded a new file to the  Important Materials folder. The file that was added was named “16017.00A - Tree Survey - 09-12-2025 (UPDATED).pdf”

Is this still available for access, as it is not in the important materials folder?
Thank you in advance.

Additionally, are we able to access soil testing results and water table surveys?

The Geo reports for the soil were provided in the documents labeled “Oleander – Boring Location Plan” and “Greencastle 2025 Air Track Drilling Report”. Both documents should help. We have some tributaries where groundwater is shallow, and we may get into groundwater which will require pipe bedding during the sewer outfall installation near the Yellow River.  Otherwise, there is a lot of topographic relief across the property, and we do not anticipate groundwater impacting the mass grading or the upland utility installation.
